We trust you will be satisfied with your Safety Connection purchase. However, should you decide the equipment is not satisfactory, Safety Connection's return policy is stated below.
The merchandise may be mailed back to Safety Connection. Equipment has to be in same condition as it was when shipped to you. Returns caused by a Safety Connection error can be exchanged or given a full credit. Returns due to customer error may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Also, please note that if you choose to mail the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the postage. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges.

Safety Connection will issue a refund, when each of the following conditions has been met:
1. The merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase.
2. The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
3. The merchandise must be accompanied by the Safety Connection invoice or a packaging list.
4. Non-stock Lengths and special cut lengths of rope (item sold x ft.) and special order products are non-refundable.
5. If equipment is brought offshore for stand by's we will not issue a refund.
